This is a *tandem-style space*, but it is leased to *one vehicle only*. You will have *exclusive use of the full tandem space*, giving you plenty of extra room and making parking much easier and more comfortable. (if you want to park two car there is a bit extra charge)
Approx. 10m long x 2.5m wide. Suitable for a sedan, SUV/4WD or medium ute. Maximum entrance height is 2.0m.
*Remote access provided*. A $200 refundable bond applies for the remote/access device and will be refunded when the remote is returned in good condition.
Convenient location near Flagstaff Gardens, Queen Victoria Market and Melbourne CBD.
