If you have an available garage, car port, driveway or allocated parking space you can list your space on our website in less than 5 minutes. Just select ‘Lease my space’ and enter the relevant details. You have full control over the parking space, including the price and availability. Daily, Weekly and Monthly prices
We use the Daily, Weekly and Monthly price to calculate the exact price between the start time and end time of a booking. Because drivers can book a parking space for 4 months, 2 weeks and 5 days we use this to provide an accurate booking price.
Bond management
A bond can be added for access devices such as a remote control or swipe card. Bonds are held for the duration of the booking by Parkhound and are refunded to the Buyer once the access device is returned.

Pay directly online
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard and Amex. At the time you make a booking we do a pre-authorisation and once the Seller accepts your request the funds are processed and your card is charged.

If your parking space is not available, or the description is inaccurate, we’ll refund your booking in full. You just need to let us know on Day 1. That way you’re protected when you need it most.

You can read reviews from previous users of the parking space. This will help you get a better sense of its value. You can also rate the parking space when you are done with it.
We know you’re busy, so to make things simple, we’ll notify you via email and SMS when you get a new booking. This means you can just sit back and wait for the booking requests to come in. Booking with Parkhound is so straightforward you’ll be wondering why anyone parked their car another way. Once your booking is confirmed we’ll notify you and also exchange your contact details with the landlord. You can then arrange a handover with the landlord. We want to take the stress out of parking, so if you need help with anything just let us know.
Access management
When a booking is confirmed we exchange your contact details. You can then arrange to meet up and exchange the access device with the seller.
Smooth handover
We recommend that all sellers conduct a handover with you at the start of your booking. First impressions count and we want you to feel comfortable with your new cement and lines.
Get directions!
Once a booking is confirmed, you can even view directions on how to get to the parking space. Just login to your dashboard to find out which route is the best for you.
As the landlord for the parking space, we recommend you arrange a handover with the driver to show them the parking space and make them feel welcome. It’s important you provide a positive experience as this will lead to great ratings and more bookings. It’s also important you respond to any questions or queries as soon as possible to avoid any confusion.
The time has come!
We’ll send you a reminder when the booking is about to start. We’ll also send you your first payment a day after the booking starts. You can then start spending the money any way you like!
Make new friends
When a booking is confirmed we’ll exchange your contact details so that you can then meet up with the Buyer and handover the access device.
Calendar management
Once a booking is agreed, we’ll automatically block out these times in your calendar. You can then start taking your next booking. We also send through any waiting list requests from interested buyers ready to go.

Automated payments
Payments are sent directly to your nominated bank account. The first payment is sent on the day after a booking commences. Payments are then sent every month until the end of a booking.
Bond, James Bond
The bond is held by Parkhound to ensure a smooth process between Buyer and Seller. The bond is refunded as soon as you confirm the access device is returned and is in your possession.
Cancellation policy
We guarantee you that in the event of a cancelled booking; you will still receive 1 months’ worth of payment (or the remainder of the booking if the remaining duration is less than 1 month).
