There were no designated parking spots left, so we ended up parking outside a designated spot like other people had done, and when we got back to the car two days later there was a sticker on our car telling us the car was parked illegally. Disappointed to pay for a spot that’s not available.

Seamless transaction, could not have been easier. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing parking in the city.

Parked at the place for 9 days for $16 a day and unlimited ertry and exit. Doubt that theres any place that can beat that. Highly recommended

There was confusion around where to park. No where in the email I received from Parkhound ever mentioned if you have a specific parking space or you go to the bottom and find a space! This needs to be a lot clearer. The lifts to get in and out of parking are terrible!

The parking space was great value for money and easy to find. However, the camera did not recognise my number plate and the bar code confirming the parking had disappeared from my email. Difficult to get out of the carpark. This was the second booking at the same carpark and the first was seamless.

Worked seamlessly...very happy

All went smooth. Car park very full, had to go up and down all floors a couple of times before getting a spot - basically had to wait for someone to leave, and be first to grab it as there were a number of cars doing the same. Other than that, all smooth sailing.

This was hassle free, quick to reply and very easy to use, so much cheaper than normal rates and very responsive to any questions and needs, thank you!!!
