Please display receipt on dash of car on the left side of windscreen (Next to passenger)
Car parking only. No storage, trailers, boats, caravans or commercial vehicles unless agreed in advance.
Only the registered vehicle on the booking may use the space. Let me know beforehand if you change cars.
Park within the space and don’t block driveways, other bays or common areas.
No car washing, repairs or servicing on site.
Please report any oil or fluid leaks promptly, and fix them at your cost.
Respect residents: keep noise down and drive slowly in the driveway.
No sub-letting or sharing the space.
You park at your own risk. Keep valuables out of sight and lock your car.
Overstays: Vehicles must be removed by the end of the booking. Any vehicle left after the booking ends, or parked without a booking, maybe reported to police and towed at the owner’s expense.
