If you would like to reserve a monthly car parking space, it can cost as much as $399/month. For other traditional operators, you’ll need to request a quote. Your quoted price will depend on if you would like a reserved parking space, what the current demand is like and what amenities are nearby.

Parking costs in North Adelaide

On weekdays you can pay around $20/day for North Adelaide Village parking, but the first two hours are free. This facility does charge lower rates after 6pm, charging a flat $6 rate for any stay longer than 2 hours. Alternatively, make use of City of Adelaide’s UPark facilities, where you can pay hourly rates of $2/hour or more. A day rate will add up to at least $22, as is the case with the car park in Currie Street. Just note that these car parks are situated outside North Adelaide itself. The great news about UPark is that they often offer special rates, such as $8/day parking on public holidays and weekends. We’ve partnered with UPark so you can find these discounted spaces on our platform.

If you’re willing to use street parking you’ll find many spaces that are free for the first 15 minutes, including along Tynte and O’Connell Street. Check signage around town because some North Adelaide parking will be free for up to 2 hours only on weekends. It’s important to note that some of these require parallel parking, which isn’t a favourite option for many drivers. Adelaide offers various helpful tools to find on-street parking in the area. There’s an interactive online map, or you can use the Park Adelaide App to get real time feedback about available on-street parking.
