The space is fully fenced with lighting and a concrete surface, making it ideal for large vehicles like boats, caravans, or vans. Accessible for reversing and manoeuvring larger setups. I live on-site, adding an extra sense of security.
There’s a rainwater tank with a pump on the property, renters are welcome to use it for washing or other needs, but water availability depends on rainfall and can’t be guaranteed.
