This undercover parking space is located in Subiaco and available to lease. It has the number 13 on the concrete wall to guide you, there are 2 yours is the one closest to the outside. It is quite narrow and for larger cars you may need to park backwards and go up to where your mirrors stop you. Or you can pull your mirrors back and park forward. Others have damaged their car by parking here (see photo). I take no responsibility if you park here and damage your car. The price is correspondingly low. There is actually enough space for 2 cars, one in front of the other. If you want to rent the spot in the middle of the area, see the other listing (2nd car bay). This is a busy area for cars to park, so for this car bay the car is not allowed to stick out beyond the concrete roof and into the alleyway That is another reason that this is a car spot for a small car, I would say a Toyota Yaris, or Suzuki Swift, but I have managed to park a Toyota Rav4 here.

Park at your own risk. Line up your car fully straight before advancing carefully into the car bay, retracting your rear-view mirrors beforehand. There is an area painted with yellow criss/cross pattern on the ground that leaves space so that you can line-up properly (see photo). Do not try to simply glide into the space from the laneway, you may damage your car. This carbay is best accessed through a laneway parallel to Hay st. You can enter it at the shop called 'La Vida ' on Coghlan Rd. Or through Churchill Ave, along the Grand Lodge of Western Australia. The Churchill way is trickier/narrower than the other way. Be careful of other cars as many park along the lane.
