1st car bay. Undercover narrow park near Subiaco & West Leederville train station, 4 small car

This undercover parking space is located in Subiaco and available to lease. It has the number 13 on the concrete wall to guide you, there are 2 spaces yours is the one closest to the outside, between the lane and the cone. It is narrow, you may need to park backwards and go up to where your mirrors are in danger of touching the column. Or you can pull your mirrors back and park forward. Others before us have damaged their car by parking here, so I take no responsibility if you park here and damage your car. The price is correspondingly low. There is enough space for 2 cars, one in front of the other (see diagram). If you want to rent the spot in the middle, see the other listing (2nd car bay). This is a busy area for cars to park, so for this car bay the car is not allowed to stick out beyond the concrete roof and into the alleyway. That is another reason why this is a car spot for a small car, I would say a Toyota Yaris, or Suzuki Swift, but I have managed to park a Toyota Rav4.
