This parking space is located in Queens Park on a quiet residential cul-de-sac. You have the option of parking in the driveway or in the backyard. This space is centrally located, just 7km from Perth Airport, 11km from Perth CBD and within walking distance to public transport. The front driveway is 30m long x 3m wide with a 3m x 5m paved area at the end of the driveway, set back from the street and directly in front of the house. You also have the option of parking in the backyard, which is fully fenced with a lockable gate. There is ample space for any sized car, van, truck, caravan and/or trailer. No time or access restrictions. Outdoor laundry, toilet, power and water amenities are available if required. The house is occupied by me and my two dogs, Charlie Bear and Beatrice. There are security cameras and lights on the premises.
