There are 2 gates as follows:
1) The entrance gate at the end of the driveway lane off Franklin Street on the Left Hand side facing the Street Frontage.
2) The exit gate on the front of the building on the Left Hand side,facing the Street Frontage.

Personal and vehicle insurance including theft is the onus of the vehicle owner. Public Liability Insurance is subject to conditions covered by insurance provider. Unacceptable conduct includes but not limited to intoxication, drunkenness, drug usage, abusive behaviour, littering and breaching of OC rules will result in immediate termination of any arrangement to park
