On the first day of your booking, drive to the car park entrance, go to reception to advise you have arrived and sign in MainStay Suites, state your Parkhound booking name, and the team will open the gate for you. Park in any unreserved space.
Before exiting the car park, advise reception you will be collecting your car and sign out, reception will open the roller door or generate a code for exiting the car park after reception hours.
