Just across the road from Monash University Bus loop

This driveway space is located near the Princes Highway and Wellington Road intersection in Clayton and available to lease immediately. 5min walk to Monash Clayton campus and 15min walk to Monash Hospital. The driveway entrance is a little tricky as it is not at 90 degree angle to the road, need to pay extra attention if driving in a large vehicle to avoid the car get scratched by the brick pillar.

The road outside only allow 30min parking and I have seen cars parked outside do get tickets.

The rate advertised is for car size vehicles only. Will cost extra if it is larger than a typical car. This driveway is long enough to fit a bus.
