Using your laptop or mobile device, simply search for the area you want to park in and choose a space that meets your needs. On each listing you’ll find the price of the space (monthly or daily), the location, nearby amenities, the space type and a picture of what the parking space looks like. Once you’ve found your ideal space, place a booking request and the Host will get back to you ASAP. Once confirmed, you can communicate with your Host to arrange the handover of an access device (if necessary) and start parking on your agreed upon start date!

Monthly parking in Chatswood can cost you on average $275 to $290 a month, around 38% cheaper than average Sydney CBD costs. This can quickly add up for local residents who don’t have parking included in their rental or for commuters who don’t have the option of public transport.

To find parking with traditional operators, you will need to get in contact with them to get a quote. Not all car parks offer monthly parking, so it’s important to double check before you book. If you’re a resident of Chatswood, you can apply for a parking permit from the City of Willoughby Council, which is around $46 for one vehicle. There are two council car parks in Chatswood CBD, The Concourse and Albert Avenue. The Concourse don’t offer monthly passes and you’ll need to contact Albert Avenue for a quote.

Daily parking in Chatswood can cost you up to $60 a day. Visitor on-street parking is limited due to traffic control and unfortunately, there’s not a lot of free parking options. The Park’nPay app can help Chatswood visitors find and pay for on-street metered parking, but there are quite a few spaces, particularly around the Transport Hub, that are reserved for car share, taxis or bus services only.

Prices for traditional operators start at $10/day drive up but with some pre-booking deals, you can get parking for $7/day. Parking at Chatswood's main shopping centres, Chatswood Westfield and Chatswood Chase, comes at a premium. Parking for under 4 hours at Chatswood Westfield is free if you use their Westfield Plus app. If you’re not a Westfield Plus member, only the first 2 hours are free. Parking can become expensive if you need to leave your car overnight. Staying over 5 and half hours, you’ll have to pay $60 and an additional $60 overnight fee. At Chatswood Chase, the first 3 hours are free but a stay of 7 hours will cost you $45 and for the full day, it jumps up quite quickly to $80.
