Terms and Conditions

• If a car is parking without paying, we will clamp it. So, There will be a penalty fee of $80 to unclamp a car that parking illegally in the building. On top of the unclamp fee, we will charge the days the car has been parked in the building without paying.

• The holder of an Access Permit is entitled to park in access parking areas marked by appropriate signage.

• An Access Parking Permit will be issued by the management following approval of the permit application. The permit must be placed on the dashboard, in a visible location at all times.

• In order to get a parking access approval, the applicant must provide a copy of the driving licence and provide the car registration number.

• An Access Parking Permit will allocate to a particular space when parking term is longer than 6 months. Administrative fee of $20 is applicable to reserve a specific parking space.

• The permit must be removed from the car if you cease to own it, or if you cease to meet the permit conditions, and should be returned to the management immediately.

• Old permits are to be removed before placement of the new permit.

• Vehicles displaying Access Parking permits may not park in areas reserved for specific vehicles (e.g. loading zones), reserved for specific name (e.g. falls under commercial contract, tenants), or staff permit parking areas approved by the management.

• Vehicles park incorrectly or without Parking Permit will be issued with a warning letter or termination of parking space. (eg causing an obstruction or parking in areas not appropriately marked or indicated for the parking of such vehicles).
