I have cancelled my reservation per email sent weeks ago. You never provided access to the car park, nor replied to my calls and emails to assist me. Please cancel my record, reimburse me for the month I paid yet never used this carpark. Stop sending me these emails and reimburse me.

Love the space, my only suggestion would be that mirrors at each turn would really help with passing other drivers safely because it gets a bit tight as you go up levels!

Problem is with the tradies with big utes not being careful coming into the carpark. The tend to drive up the middle of the lane at speed. Otherwise ok.
