- Will require to collect pass from reception at 611 Victoria street Abbotsford prior to entering car park at 11 Shamrock street if parking outside opening hours Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm and Saturday & Sunday 9am to 9pm. During operating times Parkhound reservations can press the intercom and advise they have booking reception then can enter and exit
- Drive to the car park entrance, for MainStay Suites Abbotsford, state your Parkhound booking name at 11 Shamrock Street Abbotsford at bifold door press intercom, and the team will open the gate for you during opening hours Monday Friday 7am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 9pm or for Afterhours access please collect a key from the reception team during operation hours to be granted afterhours access 9pm to 9am with swipe card. Park in any unreserved space with blue lines.
- To exit the car park, drive to the exit, on approach and the gate will open.
