Great option, good price, booking confirmation and communication was excellent. Location is very secure in a basement with plate recognition to enter/exit and CCTV monitoring during the stay. Really couldn’t ask for more.

Entrance and exit is both via river St. Just 1 min walk to Tram Station (48,75), 2 mins away to Richmond Park and 15 mins walk to Hawthorn Train Station. Close to the city. Parking Instructions

Please provide car rego at time of the booking. Access via LPR

Enter car park via River St. Exit and re-enter either from Bridge Rd or River St

Wait for approx. 5 to 10 seconds on the boom gate, camera on the boom gate will take snapshot of the car rego and automatically open the boom gate

If your car is less than 2M, please proceed towards basement level parking access via auto sensor roller door.

Park on any empty spot with no reserve sign

Take lift on B1 level of the car towards Ground floor hotel lobby

Open 24 hrs. however main doors are closed between 11pm and 6am

Any issues with gate, please press buzzer on the boom gate which is connected to hotel reception desk Video camera. Any urgent assistance, contact hotel Duty Manager or Receptionist
