Near the Rialto, Collins Street, Southern Cross, the Casino and many more. 6th floor, secure, undercover parking space located in Downie St in Melbourne CBD - right between Flinders Street and Flinders Lane. It is secured with a fob for 24/7 access (entrance, boom gate, lift, etc.).

Contact me once the booking is confirmed to collect the fob/access device. I'm happy to provide this at a convenient time when you first need the spot. The car park is on the 6th floor (124) of the secure parking complex, and the fob is also used for building entrance and lift access. If you're an existing resident of 8 Downie St you will need this new fob for parking access in addition to your existing residential fob.
