Two minor comments: (1) the roller door needs to be oiled, as it makes a hideous noise, especially when going up; and (2) the indoor parking (and probably the outside too) would benefit from some sweeping, since there is a lot of built-up litter hanging around.

Parking space was great, however I never received information on location or how to access it until the day AFTER I was supposed to use it as owner never contacted me beforehand and did not answer my messages or phone calls. So I was forced to pay $44 to park in the street until I finally had access
