As you can see on the map - this space is extremely centrally located, secure and just an easy walk away from all major landmarks in Box Hill. Please note that the entrance to the parking space is on Fairbank Lane, even though the address is 22 Prospect Street. I am renting five different parking spots available - All of them are double spots, meaning they are stacked with one behind and one in front. So you may park 2 cars in the one spot if you wish. All spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The space may be locked with a spike to protect your car spot, but a key will be provided for the spike. You can also choose to leave the spike unlocked. Feel free to reach out for any questions

Once your booking is confirmed, please contact me for further instructions. There are five different parking spots available, and they are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The space may be locked with a spike to protect your car spot, but a key will be provided for the spike. You can also choose to leave the spike unlocked. The electronic gate, which can be seen in the last photo is usually open.
