Pros: cheap. Cons: pretty grimy. Claudia always seems to be overseas meaning you need to arrange key handovers yourself. When we complained about it not being secure usual response was “cancel then” but to her credit did arrange a locksmith but only after people broke in and had sex on our car!!

Great parking space - but never met owner. Made me drive to woolloomoloo to the previous tenant to pick up the key and didn't show me the parking space so had to find my own way around. Then when it was time to hand over to the new tenant she made me do it. Bad service.
