This undercover space is located in Surry Hills just off Elizabeth street. It's less than a 5 min walk to Central Station, 7 mins to World Square and 15 mins to Pitt Street Mall. One designated space of 8. Part of my small apartment block. Ground level access on a very quiet one way street. Happy to rent for 7 days a week but I would like the option of the odd weekend. So renting for weekdays and then weekends by arrangement, which pretty much means you get to use it unless I ask for it (which is only if someone with a car comes to stay, which is rare as most fly or train when visiting). Hope that makes sense. Happy for viewings.
