Parking Description

We've got space for one car in a two-car carport attached to our home (note: this is for the space on the RIGHT when looking at the carport). The entrance to the carport is on Murphy Street. The street is very quiet, two min walk to Bridge Road with tram lines and five min walk to Church Street with tram lines. Very easy to access and no key/deposit required. We have a security camera and there is a switch in the carport for a bright overhead light.

Parking Instructions

The entrance to the carport is on Murphy St. As shown in the image, please park in the available spot on the RIGHT (when looking at the carport). We have found that it's easiest when the passenger gets out of the car before parking, and the driver backs into the spot (rather than pulling in forward). This allows the driver to hug the brick wall while still being able to open the car door freely into the open space in the middle of the carport. Do not move the bins!! They must remain in the centre of the carport which allows proper space for cars on the left and right side to open car doors. Please also leave enough clearance around the bins so that we can still wheel them out of the carport (especially around your mirrors). There is a switch in the carport for an overhead light if you need assistance while parking at night. Thank you for booking and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
