This off-street, outdoor parking space is available to lease 24/7 for your convenience. Walk to the end of the street, cross the road and you're at RPA hospital, and King Street is only a few short blocks the other way (about a 2 minute walk). Sydney University is a 10 minute walk away. The space is well-lit at night-time for added security, and is part of a small 9-unit apartment complex on a quiet street.

Parking Instructions

Please park in the #9 spot on the ground level, in front of the building (see photos). There are two spots there - #9 is the spot closest to the street. On the very rare occasion that your access to that spot is blocked when you arrive (e.g. someone else has accidentally parked there or a delivery truck is blocking the driveway), there are more spots underground, accessed via a (steep) ramp at the other end of the building. Please only ever park in one of these spots if you arrive and the #9 spot is not available - which is very rare.
