Good location, very safe. Carla was easy to deal with and responsive. It has a car lift that was mostly reliable, I was able to get up/down in about 5 mins, but there were times one lift was out of order which slowed things down alot. The key card was a bit unreliable. Overall I would recommend.

Great location. However, this building has 2 car lifts and majority of the time one of them isn't working, meaning you could be waiting up to 10 minutes or so to actually get your car in the lift. Also, had a lot of issues with the access pass, again just adds a lot of time in the morning/night.

Carla is an amazing parking host and the price and location are excellent. Access could be an issue at times as the park is located in a space run by a third party, but Carla has no control over this and tried her best to be accommodating! I only ended the contract as I am going on maternity leave.

Parking Description

Large, secure, undercover car parking space in the Seasons Heritage Hotel. The space is privately owned as is available for 6 month plus bookings. The space is large and will comfortably fit all cars. The car park is accessible via security entrance on Beatrice St and accessed by a car lift. It is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The price is super competitive as we acknowledge that there has been issues with one of the car lifts being out of order at times (currently it is working.) Also the swipe card has previously been a bit unpredictable, however there is a bell to reception and if that is pressed the staff will open straight away.
