Many people were parking in my reserved parking spot. All the owner was doing was leaving notes on their cars SOMETIMES. Overall I think for the price I'm paying the parking spot should be guaranteed. If someone parks, then tow it... there is signs saying it is a tow area, so people park knowingly.
