I don’t go Ave problem with the parking space or the owner, however I won’t be using park hounds anymore. The service is not great and a ripoff!

Very safe & secure, only other building tenants are able to get access to the parking area, which is undercover so out of the weather. Only a short healthy stroll into the CBD too.
